Dear Diary,                                                                                                 September 30, 1940

Today was one of the most scary times of my life because two soldier stopped me out of no where. They asked us if we were good students and what we had in our backpacks but personally it made no senses because,  every other studer in the world would have homework and books and etc.even though I didn’t have a single pieces of homework or any books.                                                                                                                                                                                                    The giraffe [The soldier with the long neck] was even creepier than normal because, he touched my little sister  [kirsti] hair and said she looked very cute. But i’m confused because he compared kirsti with his own little girl so why won’t  just go back to his own country?                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    Then after that when the soldier touched kirsti hair she slapped his hand and in my head I was screaming and crying and the same time cause i thought she was going to get shot!

Then when they both started laughing and spitting out german faster then  I could hear. After   I sighed a little with relief but I  felt like I almost to threw up.
